The Guest help Team takes care of everything linked to guests, from the initial question through the actual check-in and help during the stay. The crew is available around-the-clock and speaks several languages to give our visitors the finest service possible.
The Admin Support Team takes care of the back end of the business, including building access, permits, DET check-ins and check-outs, security deposits, platform issues, etc., along with all of the requirements for AirBnB and government compliance.
All host-related issues are handled by the Client Support Team. The team is available to address any issues, whether it be assistance with an Owner Stay or an explanation of a Monthly Statement. This team is also in charge of renewing licences and making sure our KYC is current.
The Revenue Support Team is involved in the property's revenue management, which entails making sure the pricing is accurate all year long and that our owners profit the most. The team uses a combination of algorithms and manual changes to change price based on supply and demand. Depending on the channel chosen (such as Airbnb versus Booking.com), we also charge various prices. Read more here about our pricing policies.
